Anjola Afe is a results-driven Human Resource professional with proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR strategy, and generalist functions. Her career spans diverse industries, including consulting, oil and gas, and banking, as well as managing HR operations for a medical workforce of more than 70 employees.
She currently serves as a Senior Associate, Human Resources at Crimson Oak Partners, where she leverages her skills to align HR initiatives with business objectives, foster positive workplace cultures, and advise clients on best practices that drive organizational growth.
Anjola holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Afe Babalola University and is pursuing a PhD in Human Resource Management at the same institution. She is also in the final stages of earning her Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) certification.
